Loi nationale sur l'environnement
Le National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) est une loi de politique environmentale aux États-Unis qui encourage la protection de l’environnement et déclare la création du President's Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ). La loi date du 1{{er}} janvier 1970. The law was enacted on January 1, 1970. As the bill was an early step towards the development of the United States's environmental policy, NEPA is referred to as the “environmental Magna Carta”.[1]
