Robert William Paul est un producteur, réalisateur, acteur et directeur de la photographie britannique. Il est né le 3 octobre 1869 à Highbury et mort le 28 mars 1943 à Londres. Il fabrique en 1895 une caméra, la Kinetic avec l'ingénieur Birt Acres. Il est le premier producteur de cinéma anglais[1].
