Boëly symphony[modifier le code]

(symphonie pour grand orchestre perdue? as noted on the page) - seems not to have been lost, if we're talking about the 1808/1814 symphony. BNF catalogue lists in its possession two autograph manuscripts of the symphony, one from 1808 without opus #, one from 1814 that's almost the same and is given Op.4 (same as the composer's duo for piano 4-hands), though neither was published- the BNF listing notes that the work was later arranged into a sextet in D major. Are we talking about a different work though? See BNF description of 1814 autograph, description of 1808 autograph (which does say "manuscript deemed missing, no edition" even though the catalogue entry itself describes a complete(?) set of autograph parts and a score too, which is in all very confusing and self-contradictory besides?...)
